Plane Warts are small flesh coloured or pigmented blemishes. Very slightly raised, often dry or crusty, flat topped lesions which mostly commonly appear on the décolletage.
Cause
Like many other types of warts, it is usually caused by a virus and is contagious. Although these warts will not usually cause any major problems, they can itch and be unattractive.
Treatment
The tip of a small probe will gently remove the wart from the skin, a slight stinging sensation may be experienced as the wart is treated.
